舌咽神经、迷走神经、副神经和舌下神经损伤

颅后窝骨折常引起上述脑神经不同程度的损伤和裂伤。可单独伤及某一神经。一般多见一侧后组脑神经同时受累，出现相应的脑神经周围性麻痹症状与体征，重症患者可因为吞咽障碍误吸并发肺炎。多采用保守治疗，患者需长期依靠胃管鼻饲，或气管切开维持呼吸道通畅，防治肺炎。
